Expected to go in for an oil change on my gti and pay a decent chunk of change. However, to my surprise, I had a coupon in my email and didn't pay nearly as much as I had anticipated. Also, I was told it would be about an hour to an hour and a half wait. They were done in 40 to 45 minutes. Finally, they even washed my car before turning it back over to me.
My overall experience with Abbie was great, she helped me with the entire service process of my Tiguan and she made it super easy and quick. I got my car back in just 3 hours, that is exceptional level of customer service experience. I had an appiontment at 8 am. I took my car in for an oil change and to have recalls addressed. Dropped the car off at 8 am and it wasn't ready until 6 pm.

I wish you would care about the customer as much as when I bought the car. Shuttles are one way now, even when I spend $1,500 on a repair. Your estimates are way off. The updates on the car are pointless. I brought my car in September for coolant leakage when my car was on warranty and you didnāt find anything but now that the warranty expired it showed the same problem that back in September was not a big deal. After having a Passat, Golf, Tiguan and an Atlas, this is my last time owning a VW.

I went in for a recall on the driver side airbag, which they had to make sure they had before the work could be done. In the process some other issues were found that needed addressing as well. 3 of the wheel sensors needed to be replaced along with the valve cover gasket and something else. There were oylther issues as well, but the total costs would have been over $3200 which I didn't have. I had the recall andv3 issues taken taken care of, but the others will have to wait until I have more money. Since I live out ...

I very much enjoyed the experience. My advisor Tawni was extremely helpful in understanding what was happening with my car and kept me up to date. While I was there I started walking around the lot to kill a bit of time. The salesman tim came out and was very knowledgeable on the vehicles I was looking at. Told me everything I wanted to know and helped me pick out a possible option for my girlfriend. I live in San Marcos and I will definitely make the drive any time I need to bring my vehicle back.
Didnāt do what they promised. Recall part was not in despite them saying it was. Fluids were not topped off as they said they would, so it makes me wonder if they did all they were supposed to do.

Couldn't be fixed before picking up. Parts unavailable. Dropped off at 11 am Saturday and didn't get back until closing on Tuesday. Way too long in my opinion. Also, I had a gas tank door issue, this should be categorized as a recall. Safety is a concern if I run out of gas and it's the dark.

The dealers never updated me throughout the day. They waited until 20 minutes before closing to give me a price, then changed it after I thought about it during the callback. They didn't want to work with me and said they couldn't sell me the part I needed because they were closing, and I would have to wait until Monday. I had already paid, and the guy gave me the key back. I've had three bad experiences with them so far.
I brought my car in to check for a "check engine" light. I was told to expect the the diagnostic to take 2 days. Within one day the diagnostic was done and the problem corrected.

Went in for a state inspection and they were so kind, especially Crystal! It was my first time by myself since my dad moved away and they were quick and made it easy. I heard from other people that they are usually slow with some repairs, but mine only took a little under 1 hour (with several people ahead of me). Love the team so much that they're on my Christmas cookies list every year!

I felt like cattle being pushed through the slaughter line. The place was awfully outdated and each person we dealt with didn't even care to get to know us. They cared more about getting people in and out to build sales and not relationships with their customers. From the sales person to the finance person who cared more about being on their phone than to even have a conversation with us while signing and giving the down payment. I honestly won't go back to that VW dealership. I'll find another one where I'm at least respected ...
