Tawni was great! Happy I have this location a try, I wasn’t disappointed. She kept me informed throughout the whole process via text and when I would text back, I would always get a response from her not an automated message. Yes, the repairs did cost quite a bit, but they have really great ways to help you out with payment plans if you no longer have warranty.

I had an issue of a bad battery. Talked with Brian in parts and he said "it was probably still under warranty, bring it in and they would look at." Got to the dealer and even though I didn't have an appointment, they got me in, checked it out and replaced the battery and coded it all before 5 pm. I highly recommend VW of Alamo Heights.

Very thorough and they keep great service records. They have snacks and coffee if you choose to wait or provide free shuttle service. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

Carlos, my service advisor and his contact-workers were overwhelmed with customers Wednesday morning, Aug 14, 2024. Carlos did a terrific job in servicing my 2018 VW Tiguan with an oil change plus replacing my two air filters. He technicians were very prompt with the extra workload. It took 2 hours; however, I was pleased to get my Tiguan service as soon as possible. I commend Carlos and the technicians for a job well done.
