I’m extremely disappointed with my service experience at this Volkswagen location, and unfortunately, this is my second negative review I have had to leave. I took my car in on Saturday because it rattles when I turn right or brake. They “test drove” my car and claimed there was nothing wrong, suggesting it’s just the wind. I know for a fact that’s not the issue, as it’s been making noises for a week and hasn’t been windy until yesterday. The moment I drove off the lot, the rattle was still there. It’s funny how ...

Great experience with the Alamo heights team. Communication with Crystal was clear, consise and timely from start to finish. Easy choice to go back. There were heavy winds when they had my car, and the front window was little dirty where they tried to clean it. Small thing.
